If you are facing a larger project or have many small tasks that need to be handled continuously, project employment could be the ideal solution.
I offer either a comprehensive quote for the entire project or a fixed payment distributed over the number of months the project spans.
This solution is perfect for larger tasks that require continuous and dedicated effort over a longer period. With project employment, you receive a tailored and professional solution that ensures the effective completion of your project.
Additionally, you can achieve savings by committing to a set number of hours monthly.
Please note: The minimum period for project employment is 3 months.

Retainer package
The retainer package gives you flexibility and the opportunity to get your tasks done efficiently and at a favorable price.
10 hours = 20 sessions of 30 minutes
25 hours = 50 sessions of 30 minutes
50 hours = 100 sessions of 30 minutes
With a retainer package, you get access to professional help when you need it, and at the same time, you receive a discount on the hourly rate.
The retainer package is invoiced before commencement of work and is valid for 12 months.

To ensure you receive the best service and results, I have some important terms and conditions.
General Terms and Conditions
I am flexible and dedicated to assisting you with your design and marketing needs. My goal is to ensure that you receive the best service and achieve the best results, no matter the requirements of your project. Here are some important terms and conditions to be aware of:
- All work is carried out professionally and with a focus on your specific needs and goals.
- Communication is key to successful collaboration. Please provide clear and precise instructions to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Any change or addition to the original agreement of the project must be discussed and approved in writing, which may impact the schedule and costs.
Hourly Rate
- My hourly rate is 850 DKK excluding VAT. This rate applies to standalone tasks that can be completed within a short timeframe.
- In collaboration with Hey Robot AI, I also offer SEO, AI, and development projects at an hourly rate of 1000 DKK excluding VAT for specialized development. We always provide a time estimate before the project begins.
Retainer package
- Retainer package is available in the following packages:
- 10 hours: 775 DKK per hour excl. VAT
- 25 hours: 725 DKK per hour excl. VAT
- 50 hours: 700 DKK per hour excl. VAT
- The retainer package is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Any unused hours after this period will not be refunded or transferred.
Project Engagement
- For larger projects, we can agree on either a total offer for the entire project or a fixed monthly payment based on the duration and complexity of the project.
- The scope and schedule of the project will be defined in a written agreement before work commences, including a detailed description of the services to be provided, such as the number of pages, functionalities, and design aspects.
- Changes in the project scope will be managed through a change order process. Any changes will be estimated and priced separately, and the project schedule will be adjusted accordingly.
Communication and Approvals

Feedback Process: I expect feedback from the client within 5 business days after presenting milestones or design drafts. Delayed feedback may affect the project timeline.
- Approval Phases: The project includes approval phases at the completion of each major milestone (e.g., wireframe, design, development). The client must approve each phase before I proceed to the next.
Ownership and Rights
- Copyright: Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the final design and code. I reserve the right to showcase the project in my portfolio.
- Licenses: Any third-party licenses for images, fonts, or plugins used in the project will be provided to the client, but the costs of these licenses are the responsibility of the client.
Support and Maintenance
- After the website is delivered and launched, you are primarily responsible for its maintenance. If you desire ongoing support and maintenance, I recommend purchasing a monthly support agreement. This ensures that your website remains updated and functions optimally.
- Support Agreements: My monthly support agreements include regular updates, security checks, backups, and prioritized support. Prices for support agreements vary depending on the scope of services offered.
Disclaimer
- Limitation of Liability: I cannot be held responsible for issues caused by third-party software or hosting services, or for changes made by the client after the completion of the project without my approval.
Confidentiality and Data Handling

Confidentiality Agreement: I treat all client information confidentially and will not share it with third parties without the client’s permission.

GDPR Compliance: I ensure that all personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations. The client is responsible for ensuring their own use of the website is GDPR compliant.
Hosting and Domain Names
- Hosting: I offer hosting services through my partnership with HeyRobot. Prices and details of hosting packages will be discussed individually with the client.
- Domain: I can assist with the registration and management of domain names. The costs of domain name registration are the responsibility of the client.
Emergency Assistance – Additional Fees
- In case of an emergency where I need to prioritize your task above all else, an extra fee of 20% on top of the regular price will apply. This ensures that I can prioritize your task and deliver quickly and efficiently when it truly matters.
Payment Terms
- Invoicing occurs monthly or after agreed project phases. Payment is due 7 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
- For large projects, payment is divided into installments: 50% at the start of the project and the remaining 50% upon completion and approval of the project. Specific payment plans can be tailored as needed.
- Late Payment: Late payments will incur interest according to applicable laws.
- Monthly Agreements: If we have a monthly agreement for a specific number of hours, payment is due monthly in advance. This ensures resources are available to perform the agreed tasks promptly. Any unused hours in a given month may be carried over to the following month by agreement. Extra hours beyond the monthly agreement will be invoiced separately as needed.
Client Collaboration

Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing necessary materials and feedback in a timely manner. Failure to comply may impact the project timeline and costs.
- Collaboration Expectations: I expect an open and constructive collaboration where both parties communicate clearly and work together to achieve the best possible outcome.
Cancellation and Changes
- Cancellation of a scheduled task or project must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the agreed start time. Late cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of the agreed price.
- Changes to the scope or schedule of the project may result in additional costs and an extension of the delivery deadline.
