We can arrange meetings via video conferences or phone calls as needed. I am flexible with scheduling to accommodate your time preferences. If I am in Denmark, I also have the option to attend in person.

How is project management and scheduling handled when you work remotely?

I use project management tools such as Asana, Slack, and Jira to create and monitor schedules, tasks, and milestones. This ensures clarity and transparency in the progress of the project.

How can I keep track of the project's progress when we don't meet in person?

The timeframe can vary depending on the complexity and scope of the project, as well as feedback and revisions. However, a typical website can take between 4-8 weeks to develop, including design, development, and testing.

Can I update the content on my website myself once it's finished?

Yes – you can update text, images, and videos yourself. However, it’s important to note that if I’m not managing the updates, I waive all responsibility for functionality. I’m happy to offer support agreements where I can assist with maintenance and technical support as needed.

Who is responsible for maintaining the website after handover and launch?

After the website is handed over and launched, as a rule, you are responsible for maintenance.

If you desire ongoing support and maintenance, I recommend purchasing a monthly support agreement to ensure that your website is always updated and functioning optimally.

How do you handle security on my websites?

I implement security measures such as HTTPS encryption, regular security updates, and data backups to protect your websites from hacking and data disruption.

Can you help develop a complete visual identity for my business?

Yes, I can help develop a complete visual identity, including a logo, color scheme, fonts, and other graphic elements that represent your business.

What types of offline graphic materials can you help design?

I can help design business cards, brochures, flyers, posters, catalogs, packaging, banners, and more. All materials will be designed in line with your brand identity and target audience.

In which formats will I receive my files?

When the project is completed, you will receive files in the following formats:

  • RGB and CMYK: To ensure your graphic elements are ready for both digital and print purposes.
  • AI format: For vector-based designs such as logos and illustrations that can scale without loss of quality.
  • JPG, PNG, or PDF: These formats are used for images, graphics, and documents that can be used both online and offline, depending on your needs.

These various file formats ensure that you have all the necessary resources to effectively use your design materials across different media platforms and printed materials.
