Jeg har været afsted i en lille måneds tid, og hver gang jeg kommer tilbage hertil, bliver jeg beriget med nye indsigter, som har stor værdi for min personlige udvikling.

1️⃣ Kombinationen af arbejde og træning
Gang på gang finder jeg ud af, at jeg er mest produktiv, når jeg kombinerer træning med arbejde, og ikke sidder og arbejder 8 timer i streg. Jeg fungerer bedst ved at arbejde et par timer, holde pause i form af en fysisk aktivitet, og derefter vende tilbage til computeren fyldt med ny energi og klarhed. Dette forbedrer helt klart min produktivitet.
2️⃣ Udfordringer bidrager til personlig udvikling
I oktober 2023 var jeg stolt af at have taget skridtet ud på min første solorejse til Bali. Denne gang føles det mere naturligt og sikkert at rejse alene. Dog har jeg stillet mig over for en ny udfordring: Jeg er ved at træne op til CPH marathon – dvs. jeg skal løbe alle mine lange træningspas her, på dårlige bakkede veje, i varm fugtig temperatur og meget tidligt om morgenen, for at det overhovedet kan lade sig gøre. Mit nye yndlingsudtryk er: “We can do hard things!”.
3️⃣ Åbenhed over for andres historier
Der ligger en kæmpe værdi i at være åben overfor alle, som jeg møder på min vej. De fleste jeg har mødt, har spændende historier, som både er givende, men virkelig også inspirerende. Andres livserfaring hjælper mig med at blive klogere på, hvilken retning i livet jeg selv gerne vil bevæge mig i.
At rejse ud i verden med computeren under armen er en af de mest berigende oplevelser, man kan give sig selv. Jeg kan kun anbefale det 💫
